If you’ve heard my interviews, I was very open about being physically, mentally and sexually abused for many years [from 10 to 16 years old]. That abuse at a young age created psychological “scars” and obviously created trust and fear issues from that trauma. I’ve since been in therapy and happy to say I’ve learned management “tools” to help day to day living. Although the scars and trauma never leave, learning ways to cope and manage help. I post this in hope to help educate people on mental health success stories and help others that are suffering. No shame in Mental Health and to those that suffer, you are not alone, and can have relief. Just ask, there is a way to a better life.
